1.5:1 fat to non fat ratio, intermittent fasting (16:8) + minimum of 1 day of the week of 24 hr fast

Testing glucose only in the beginning, test ketones daily, target between 1-3

Religiously keeping a sleep hygiene of going to bed by 10pm and waking up at 6:30am
