I started with green veggies and high-fat cuts of meat with lots of high-fat no-carb dessert items I made myself. I did intermittent fasting for a few weeks before starting and lots of electrolytes to avoid discomfort while adapting to my new diet. It was seamless and easy for me. Alcohol. And I have learned to know my social activity limits. I can become over stimulated if there are too many people for too long or I just have reached my limit of being with people. I also have learned that certain intense light can totally sink my energy for hours, so I vigorously avoid them.
