I have a supportive psychiatrist who is open minded but skeptical and a fantastic general practitioner (GP) who loves seeing my progress. I am currently on about 2mg of Abilify.

In the beginning, I had quite a few blood tests. I regularly tracked BP, my weight, and I had a few scans looking for signs of brain injury. I now track ketones all the time. I am in the 'safe zone' with all blood markers available, so I don't need to track that regularly anymore. I don't take supplements but I have a lot of fibre, asian herbs and spices, and I mainly eat nutrient dense whole foods that are low in 'bad fats' (i.e. avoiding fats that raise LDL levels).

Nutritional
I eat foods that are very nutrient dense and/or low in 'bad fats' (LDL raising fats). I have a lot of fibre, and I make sure my oil is very high quality (avocado, fish, walnut, macadamia, extra virgin olive & hemp seed oil, etc). I eat when I feel hungry and I have a lot of psyllium husk. I mainly absorb cholesterol from eating eggs and some cheese.

I aim for at least 0.5 mmol/L or above. I test with a blood monitor and/or a breath monitor at least twice a day.

When needed I use Yoga Nidra audio sessions, a warm bath with the light off, and I use a blindfold when needed. I keep my room at a comfortable and cool temperature. I have a regular sleep time, comfy bed, and I have made a deep seeded promise to myself that I will try my best get a good night's sleep every night.

I quit caffeine and alcohol. I don't smoke or take drugs, but recently, I started to drink matcha tea because of it's calming benefits. Once I made the commitment to prioritise my health so I can mentally heal and live longer, I was highly motivated to give up alcohol and coffee, so I pushed through the withdrawal symptoms and gave them up quickly.

I consistently journal my blood pressure, weight, stress, energy, sleep, mood and highlights of my day. I see a GP semi regularly and I see a psychiatrist roughly once a month. I use a blood ketone monitor and a breath ketone monitor. I also use my partner as a sounding board to make sure I am not manic or paranoid. Finally, I look at my actions to make sure I am still motivated to move forward with my goals in life on a daily basis.
